Pool hours are fro 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Central Pool (closest to beach): 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Appropriate swimming pool attire is required at all times and no lewd or inappropriate behavior shall be permitted. No lifeguard is on duty at any time. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children. Renters may not bring coolers to the pool areas. Nudism is not allowed. Wearing swimsuits is mandatory. Only synthetic UV-protection t-shirts are permitted.

In order to ensure the quiet enjoyment and rest of all residents and renters, there is a curfew for loud music and parties, and noise in general from 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. After 9:30 PM security will intervene. Television sets, radios and stereos shall be played at a low volume so that they can only be heard within each exclusive property and not bother others. Mexican law prohibits firearms and fireworks.

No glass containers, thermos or ice chests are allowed around the pools or gym. Headphones are required for any music to be played in the common areas. Be courteous by not "reserving" palapas and lounge chairs by placing objects on them if you are not using them. Unattended items left for an unreasonable amount of time may be removed by Security Personnel to allow others to use the lounge chair. This is particularly important during our busiest time when occupancy is high.
